I just love this…

With Easter this past Sunday, I thought I’d share this link to the Washington Post’s Annual Peeps Diorama Contest. This year’s winner was based on The Wizard of Oz, but some of my personal favorites are The Tomb of King Peepankhamun, Nightmare in Pink, Peeps Atop a Skyscraper (c. 1932), Peep Julius II Questions Michelangelo’s Artistic Judgment (those first three are actually from last year’s submissions), and NightPeeps.

These were all just so fantastically whimsical and wonderfully tongue-in-cheek that I actually laughed out loud browsing through the pictures. I’ m sure you’ll find your own personal favorites.

Art Speaks (or in this case Peeps). Join the Conversation.
