Brown Bag with the Artist
Noon
Adult Program
Every Thursday during July and August, the Museum will present Brown Bag with the Artist at noon. This free program is for anyone who would like to know a bit more about how art is created. there may be a demonstration, a conversation, or a slide show. You'll learn a little something and have fun at the same time. Bring your lunch or get a box lunch from the Palette Cafe.

Judy Anderson: Painting Out Loud, an Artist’s Game Plan Judy Anderson of Westerville will take her audience, step-by-step, through the process of creating and cultivating an artist’s personal viewpoint, starting with an inspirational scene, figure, or still life, and ending up with a work of art which fully embodies that inspiration. Anderson asks, “What kind of composition (vertical, horizontal, circular, cruciform, or overall pattern…) best interprets the idea? What palette sets the mood?” The artist will answer those questions, and any others you may have, in this demonstration-based program.
