Family Programs
Art Around Town
For all ages
In October 2009, the Museum will begin a one-year renovation of our main building. Many of our family programs will take a well-earned vacation. However, our staff will not! Instead, we will take family programs on the road as part of a new program called Art Around Town. Each month, Art Around Town will take works of art from CMA's collection to a different Columbus community. Read more about the program in our Art Around Town flyer.
Gallery Hunts
For all ages
Gallery (Scavenger) Hunts are a fun way for visitors of all ages to explore the Museum galleries and special exhibitions. Ask for the current Gallery Hunt at the Admission desk in the Museum lobbies.
Free with Museum admission.

Museum on the Move! is a community outreach program that provides hands-on art activities at local festivals, fairs, libraries, and other cultural events. Look for Museum of the Move to visit an event near you!

Art Challenges
Sundays 1:00-3:00 pm
Visit the Art Challenges station in the galleries to participate in exciting, competitive games that highlight a CMA artwork or collection. Compete against friends or family members, or challenge the scores posted by other visitors. Prizes are part of the fun, and one winner will earn a CMA gift certificate!
