Learning to Look Tour: Marvelous Menagerie

Take a stroll through the galleries accompanied by a CMA docent and learn more about our collection and special exhibitions. Art Challenges

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Visit the Art Challenges station in the galleries to participate in exciting, art-based games that highlight a Columbus Museum of Art artwork or collection. Compete against friends and family members, or challenge the scores posted by other visitors. All are welcome to participate and prizes are part of the fun.

Family Adventures

2:00 PM

Share ideas, laugh, and play games during this docent-guided experience. Your family team may embark on a scavenger hunt, imagine yourselves inside a painting, or discover a work of art that tells a family story. This program is free, no registration requested.

Jefferson Signature Series

3:00 PM

The Jefferson Signature Series presents chamber music with a blend of internationally acclaimed ensembles, emerging young groups, and regional and local performers. Tickets are available at the door and for nonmembers are $25 for adults, $18 for seniors, and $10 for students, Special Member Price is $18.

Home School Workshop: Adventures with Animals

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM

CMA is offering workshops specifically for home school families! On the third Tuesday of every month (October to May), homeschool students ages six and up can explore and create in this 2-hour experience. In October, students will create creatures inspired by animals in the CMA collection. Registration includes a 45-minute guided tour, 60-minute Studio Thinking Workshop, and Museum admission for the student and one accompanying adult. Parents may choose to drop-off or remain with their child. Registration
is $9 per student per workshop for nonmembers,
