In February, Guitarist Tom Carroll and violinist Andy Carlson will join Richard Lopez in a tribute to the amazing European sensations, Stephane Grapelli and Django Reinhardt (honoring the anniversary of Django’s 118 birthday on January 23). Richly combining the sounds of gypsy jazz and American swing, this concert is sure to be memorable tribute to these famous musical collaborators. With Richard on the rhythm section will be bassist Doug Richeson and drummer Seth Rogers. This series of jazz performances features the best of traditional and contemporary jazz offerings with area master musicians. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $7 for students.
