L’Histoire du Soldat concert featuring the Westerville Symphony

Celebrate the 100th anniversary of Igor Stravinsky’s ground breaking work L’Histoire du Soldat. Conducted by Peter Stafford Wilson, the “narrative ballet in five scenes, to be read, played, and danced” will be performed by musicians from the Westerville Symphony, joining forces with artists from CATCO, BalletMet, WOSU, Otterbein University and CCAD to present the iconic multi-medium work in its original format with an added 21st-century element. This program is free with admission, but seating is limited.

This series of jazz performances features the best of traditional and contemporary jazz offerings with area master musicians. The October concert celebrates Hispanic Heritage month with an all-star cast including Kris Keith and Roger Hines, who join Richard in exploring the evolution of Latin jazz traditions in its many exciting forms. Join us for the Chamber Brews season nale event featuring audience favorites from the 2018 season. Musicians and brewers will share perspectives in an interactive concert experience, pairing ights of local beer and classical music selections. Music lovers of all tastes are welcome. This event is for visitors 21 and over only. Tickets are $30 per person (includes general admission and one flight of beer). CMA members receive $2 off each individual ticket.
