Mixed Media painter makes art as an extension of his voice since a young boy of the age of six. Duarte has carried and shared his gift of an Arts educator and a collaborator with creatives of all ages advocating for young people throughout Columbus to be resourceful and relentless in following their dreams.
Open Studio at CMA engages creative thinking through material exploration with local teaching artists and community partner, Ohio Alliance for Arts Education (OAAE). Teaching artists lead each program based on monthly prompts and provide creative instruction. Open Studio experiences are included with admission to CMA, materials and supplies provided.
