Schottenstein Property Group Pavilion
Capacity: Seated dinner 250 | Cocktail Reception 350 | Ceremony 350
The Pavilion is our largest event space and features a modern design with light wood floors, skylights, and a wall of glass for natural lighting. It is a perfect canvas for your wedding vision. The Pavilion features two adjacent hospitality suites, AV Projection & Hanging Installation capabilities, skylight and garden balcony.
Edwards Court & The McCoy Family Broad Street Lobby
Capacity: Seated dinner 140 | Cocktail Reception 200 | Ceremony 200
An Atrium style glass ceiling and world-renowned artist Dale Chihuly’s Isola di San Giacomo in Palude glass sculpture, Edwards Court is full of unique elements. The ornate architectural design truly encompasses the best of an art museum wedding. Edwards Court features two adjacent hospitality suites, surrounded by 10 Art Gallery Collections, and Broad Street Lobby Historic Entrance.
Huntington Atrium
Capacity: Cocktail Reception 300
The Museum Atrium is directly off the main entrance of the Museum this is the perfect space for a cocktail reception.
Patricia M. Jurgensen Sculpture Garden
Capacity: Seated dinner 150 | Cocktail Reception 300 | Ceremony 250
This beautiful outdoor space provides a manicured outdoor event experience right in the middle of downtown Columbus. The garden has a large and versatile lawn that can accommodate ceremonies and receptions. The Sculpture Garden presents a stunning backdrop for wedding photography. The Sculpture Garden features Aristide Maillol’s The Mountain fountain and a shaded patio for guests to enjoy. Please note this space is weather contingent and cannot be rented during Museum open hours or without a rain plan in place.
Additional perks when you choose CMA
Event Manager
Every facility rental with us includes an Event Manager that will work with you from the time you sign your contract to the close of your event. Their role is to make sure you have everything you need from the Museum.
Rehearsal
A complimentary 1-hour ceremony rehearsal is available to schedule during Museum open hours.
In-House Tables and Chairs
Included in your facility rental is the use of our tables and chairs accommodating up to 300 guests.
Gallery Access
Gallery access adds a unique experience for your event guests. Exclusive access to our permanent collection galleries 1-10 is available with any wedding reservation.
Museum Membership
All wedding clients are gifted one complimentary year of Museum Membership for two. Be sure that your Event Manager has an updated address on file for receipt after your big day.
Downtown Location
Walkability to many downtown locations is great for guests who are visiting, booking nearby hotels, and capturing some amazing photos!
Complimentary Parking
Parking is free for you and your guests on the day of your event. If your event occurs during Museum open hours, your event manager will help to coordinate validation.
