It’s Kettle Corn Season

In the latest CMA Home Kitchen video, Executive Chef Laura Richmond shows you how to make kettle corn at home.
Kettle Corn Ingredients:
2 cups un-popped popcorn kernels
1/4 cup sugar 
1/4 cup coconut oil, butter or other fat
1 tsp salt
Combine and melt the coconut oil and sugar in a large sauce pan.
Add the popcorn kernels to the pan and stir to coat.
Cover with lid and continue to swirl the pan to keep the kernels from burning.
Once you see small white centers forming in the center of the kernels, turn the heat down to low.
Let the popcorn pop with the lid on. Take off the lid only after the popcorn has fully popped and been removed from the heat.
Once the kernels have popped, transfer to a bowl and mix with salt.
